Reservations and Appointment times required for Check In & Check Out

OPEN

MON  -  FRI:

7 am  to  3 pm

We do CLOSE at 3pm!

We open very early and do not close for a lunch hour.

PLUS, If you need the Kennel Weeknights &/or Weekends for Checking In/Out, Buying Food or a Facility Tour, the following time slots ARE AVAILABLE by calling the office before 3pm on that day & we will SCHEDULE an ADVANCED APPOINTMENT for you.

(ALSO, If we are in the office we will answer the phone & return any phone calls during these times as well -  other wise we will return messages the next business day.)

WEEK NIGHTS

MON:                     4:30 to 5:30

TUES & WED:     NOT Available After 3pm!

THUR:                   4:30 to 5:30

FRI:                        4:30 to 5:30

WEEK ENDS

SAT:    7 – 9 am

SUN:   3:30 to 4:30  pm*

*  (Due to the demand of most Sundays,we will CONFIRM your Check In/Out time with you around 2pm for that Sunday).

AND PLEASE, No early arrivals before 15 minutes before we open or later than 15 minutes after we close!

US National Holidays / Observances

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day are not available for check In/Out. Other Holidays such as Easter, Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day (Holidays that fall on Sundays and Mondays) are available for Check In/Out by appointment only.  However, availability for check In/Out are also subject to change per holiday. If you are not sure about hours on any holiday not mentioned feel free to contact the office for details.
